the very nice lady who works in the office down the hall brought us some cookies to work today. they are all decorated in red, white, & blue, and they sort of taste like sand. it was a nice gesture though.
my ear is feeling better, i'm sure you will all be relieved to hear. not perfectly well, but definately better. if it didn't get better by today, i would have had to go to the emergency room and have a doctor insert a tube through my ear drum. ouch.
we FINALLY received our paychecks from the first three weeks of work yesterday. yay for finally having some money. we're going shopping tomorrow, and i am excited. rachel is going to buy some turtles. i am going to get my nails done. and buy a shirt or something fun like that.
i miss eric. only 3 more days until he's home!!
