yesterday was patron saint day en santiago de cuba, oriente. i forget to tell you all.
i think that we had about the biggest thunderstorm i've ever seen here a little while ago. it was scary with lots of rain and rip roarin' winds. the poor little fuzz was shaking.=(
today was the first day of survivor week at daycamp. we had a counselor challenge which involved me running. a lot. death. i turned pink (eric did too!!!!). anyway, all of the counselors were disgustingly sweaty and wheezing when it was over (i might've thought this was funny if i hadn't been one of them!).
guess what?!?! i got my roommate assignments for bethany, and i'm with 2 foreign exchange students from germany! darla thing. i'm very excited!!!lol it'll be fun to be friends with them; and, i won't have to share a bedroom w/ either of them, just a living room and kitchen.
tomorrow is a dress down day at work. woot.
my dearest little brothers both left for north carolina at 6:00 this morning.
after work, i was sitting on my bed and the evile cat was sitting on my window sill. i reached over very slowly & quietly to get my visor...then, i got all ready to throw it at her (bc it'd be funny!). then she jumped down and came over to me! i was mad; i wanted to throw it at her w/o her seeing it to make her jump and run. sigh. aren't i mean? but, i'm funny (i wasn't going to hit her!).
i have the bestest boyfriend in the whole, wide world!!!! i love you, eric.
