haha, here is the last paragraph of the email that was mailed to the entire wvu campus by our vice-president:

When you know you've had enough alcohol,
fun, and sun, please be smart and make wise
choices. We want you to know that we care
about you and look forward to seeing you come
back to campus refreshed and ready to complete
the spring semester. Enjoy your break and return
safely with memories you will fondly recall for a
lifetime.
